Delivery and Pickup
Delivery and pick up rates are based on the time and the location of your event. Delivery and pick up rates are quoted as a round trip fee. There is a minimum rental order of $150.00 dollars that must be met before delivery charges are applied. It is recommended that the customer be available onsite for delivery and pick up times.
All rates quoted are based on a 24 hour rental period per item; however, we allow extra time for the customer to pick-up/drop-off at our location you may pick up party rentals one day before your event and return the equipment on the next business day. For deliveries we prefer to deliver the day before your event and pick up the day after. However all options are open with prior arrangements and same day deliveries are possible and are subject to availability of the equipment.
Glassware & China
All china, glassware, silverware, and food service items must be rinsed food-free and repacked in their containers for return.
Loss or Damage
A 5% Damage waiver will be added to all Party Rental Orders. If Client does not agree to the damage waiver fee Customer will be charged for breakage or loss at the replacement cost of item, Moist or wet table cloths should not be bundled or bagged. Please lay open until completely dry. Mildew stains cannot be removed.
Any rental orders cancelled prior to 48 hours before the delivery/will-call date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee unless prior agreements are made. Orders cancelled the day of the event or at time of delivery or will call will be charged in full and are subject to a 100% cancellation fee. Special order items are subject to a 100% cancellation charge.
