Day of Wedding Coordination w/ Two Assistants"- $1500 


  • Unlimited Communication via Phone and Email

  • Vendor Contract Reviews

  • Venue(s) Walk Through

  • Wedding Day Time Line Creation & Distribution to all vendors

  • (1) Professional Coordinator for up to 6 hours of Wedding Day Management

  • Assist vendors

  • Placement of place cards, table numbers, menus, and wedding favors ( upon brides request)

  • Retrieve wedding gifts/cards and place them in agreed upon storage room at venue

  • Make your day as stress free and enjoyable as possible

Package #2



Features: Everything in Package #1 and:

  • Assist in selecting suitable wedding décor and theme

  • Assist in selecting a suitable venue in any part of Los Angeles out side or inside venue, beach, halls, private homes, banquet hall, hotels, mansion and more

  • Ensures that the client’s vision for their wedding is effectively executed

  • Assist in creating the wedding schedule, timeline * Assist in planning the wedding menu

  • Assist with service providers such as caterers and entertainers

  • Assist in selection of the DJ or band

  • Assist in selection and hiring of the caterer

  • Assist in selection and hiring of the photographer

  • Assist in hiring a florist

  • Assist in making a wedding favor, wedding shower and more

  • Assist you for your Rehearsal Dinner schedule all the appointment and unlimited contact with my client and unlimited text massaging to updating information between you and the venders

  • Arrange for over night stay in the area base on the request

  • Make transportation arrangements

  • Hire valets, limos and parking attendants

  • Assist w/ entertainment

  • Assist you for waiters, waitresses and bar tender (s)

  • Contact with all the vendors and make appointments to see us.

  • Coordination w/ vendors for the day of wedding

  • Two assistants the day of the party to review the final list, make sure all of the vendors are on time, and everything is properly scheduled, so that no stress falls on you.

  • Coordinate rehearsal for up to 2 hours - add'l $100 for up to 2 days before date.
