Rental Period: All rates quoted are based on a 24 hour rental period per item. HOLLYWOOD EVENT RENTALS prefers to deliver the day before your event and pick up the day after. Should other arrangements need to be made please contact the office. All orders require a credit card; no orders will be processed without a valid credit card. All deliveries require a signature of a responsible party for equipment to be left. All rentals during bad weather (rain) should be kept in a dry place or covered by a tarp and should refrain from getting wet. The customer is responsible for any damage or mildew to rentals and will be charged.
Delivery & Pick Up:
Rates are based on the location of your event, the time for delivery (if there is a specific time). Delivery and Pick Up rates are quoted as a round trip fee. Please note: Our normal delivery and pick up times are Monday through Saturday, 8 AM-8 PM. Other times can be arranged. We do offer same-day delivery and pick-up at an additional fee (please contact the office to make arrangements). We do not allow customer to do pickups.
Set-up & Tear Down:
HOLLYWOOD EVENT RENTALS will set up Dance Floors, Tents, Canopies, Stages and will open tables. There is an additional charge for setting up chairs for special events. Prior arrangements must be made. Set up does not include linens and table settings. Set up and tear down service is available at an additional cost. Please call the office to make arrangements.
All China, Flatware & Glassware, and any foodservice item must be rinsed and food free and repacked in the original packaging they were delivered in.
All linens should be rinse-free of any food, flowers, or any items that were placed on linen. Moist or wet table cloths should not be bundled or bagged. Please lay open until completely dry. Mildew stains cannot be removed and will be charged. Any wax from candles that damage tablecloths will be charged.
Lost or Damaged Items:
Loss or Damage A 5% Damage Waiver will be added to all Party Rental Orders. If the Client does not agree to the damage waiver fee Customer will be charged for breakage or loss at the replacement cost of the item.
Note any shortage at the time of delivery and notify the driver. At the time of pick up, a discrepancy form will be filled out noting any shortage or damaged items.
Payments & Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation Policy any rental orders canceled prior to 48 hours before the delivery/will-call date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee unless prior agreements are made. Orders canceled the day of the event or at the time of delivery or will call will be charged in full and are subject to a 100% cancellation fee. Special order items are subject to a 100% cancellation charge. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Cash, and Personal Checks (with a valid credit card). All orders must be paid in full in order for us to deliver. All credit charges there will be a 3% fee.
